Now we all love a good fundraiser and event however we have limited capacity to cater for everything and these require planning and preparation, especially sharing a site with so many others. 

  • Please ensure others are aware of your (or your students!) great ideas as early as possible as we hate disappointing people by having to say ‘No’.  
  • Prepare information for your member of Exec (Deputy or Business Manager) to get this signed off and included on the College Calendar and make sure all approved events have a supporting staff member who will complete the Event Planning Checklist

Think about activities and events which may impact other areas of the College to ensure these are visible on the College Curriculum Planning Calendar for planning purposes.

Event Planning checklists must be lodged with your Deputy and Administration to enable correspondence to families to be prepared.

Please make sure you engage your team to ensure their planning is catered for as well.
