Masterplan Roll out
Portside Christian College is passionate about investing in our site for the education of our students which is visible in our College Masterplan. Site works commenced in 2019 and will continue well into our future.
Senior School Building (2023)
The Senior School hub with Da Vinci suite is scheduled to commence in 2023. This hub will be a combination space for Art and Science, maker space, general student amenities, heat and eat spaces for students and locker spaces within the building.
Design and Technology Learning Area (2022)
Our new Design and Technology Learning Area was completed in 2022.
Courts and Cricket nets (2022)
Stage 3 of our masterplan continues as we invest in brand new multi-use sporting courts including a dedicated cricket net to provide quality sports training and competition opportunities for College students. The sports courts development which complements our brand new nature-play playground nearby is significant to the College and will feature:
- Superiors playing surfaces with high quality and latest technology acrylic coating systems for multiuse – netball, basketball, tennis cricket and more. Quality finished cushioned acrylic surfacing with national court standards and run offs
- Students Physical Activity space, improving fundamental movement skills, enhancing play and development in school play times.
- Opportunities for students to engage in afterschool sports training with local sporting clubs in sports such as tennis, netball, cricket and basketball
The sports courts which are located on the southern side of Portside Oval were completed in 2022.
Nature Playground (2021)
A fantastic $200,000 Nature Playground was constructed in 2021 and has been an exciting and hugely popular addition to the College.
