At the heart of our Health and Physical Education (H&PE) program is a clear and lasting goal: to equip students with the knowledge and skills to lead healthy, active lives well beyond the classroom.
Throughout the year, Health classes focused on the many dimensions of wellbeing—physical, mental, and spiritual. Students explored how to build positive relationships, develop resilience, and navigate the online world with confidence and care.
In Physical Education, students had the chance to get moving through a wide variety of sports and fitness activities. With new equipment and fresh approaches, we ensured every student had the opportunity to participate, succeed, and discover the joy of being active.
These classroom learnings seamlessly connected with our Outdoor Education program, where students took their skills beyond the school grounds and into nature. Through hands-on experiences such as kayaking, bushwalking, and surfing, our Year 11 and 12 students developed leadership, initiative, and strong group collaboration—skills that will serve them well in every area of life.
It’s been a fantastic year of growth, movement, and connection across the H&PE learning area. We’re proud of what our students have achieved and excited to continue building on this momentum.
