An excited group of Year 9 and 10 Portside Christian College photography and Indonesian language students embarked on our Indonesian Language and Photography Study Tour in September 2025. They were eager to immerse themselves in new culture, practice their language skills, take captivating photographs of the life and scenery of this vibrant country.

We’re incredibly proud of our Year 6 student, Sharlah, who was selected to represent our College in the Under 12 girls SAPSASA softball team. As the sole representative, Sharlah played a key role in her team’s outstanding achievement — winning all 9 games and taking home the gold medal! Her journey doesn’t stop there. Sharlah is now trialing for the State SAPSASA U12 team, and we’re cheering her on every step of the way. Go Sharlah, go!

We are proud to share that Year 5 student, Jaden C, was selected to compete in the prestigious Mundialito 2025 tournament in Spain this year — the world’s largest international junior soccer event! Jaden represented Academia de Futebol by Cássio, facing off against top youth teams from major football nations around the globe.
